DFS VECTOR 60
Lightweight Aerodynamics, Redefined
For the first time, DFS introduces an advanced aerodynamic rim design to the VECTOR 60 carbon wheelset, combining aerodynamic efficiency, lightweight construction, and all-road versatility.

Designed for riders who demand speed beyond traditional road surfaces, the VECTOR 60 features an innovative wave-shaped rim profile that helps optimize airflow around the rim during high-speed riding. By controlling airflow separation and reducing turbulence, the rim design improves aerodynamic efficiency while maintaining excellent stability and control on varied terrain.

The VECTOR 60 also represents DFS’s first application of Toray T1100 aerospace-grade carbon fiber in road and gravel wheel development. Compared with conventional T800 and T1000 carbon materials, T1100 provides higher tensile strength, allowing DFS to create a lighter, stiffer, and more durable rim structure.

Through advanced carbon technology and aerodynamic engineering, the DFS VECTOR 60 achieves the perfect balance of speed, strength, and versatility — delivering outstanding performance for gravel racing, adventure riding, and high-speed all-road exploration.

Key Technologies
1. Advanced Material Upgrade — Toray T1100 Aerospace-Grade Carbon Fiber
The VECTOR 60 introduces high-performance Toray T1100 carbon fiber into the rim construction for the first time in DFS wheel development.

With higher tensile strength compared with conventional T800 and T1000 carbon materials, T1100 provides the foundation for reducing rim weight while maintaining excellent stiffness, impact resistance, and long-term durability.

2. Aerodynamic Rim Surface Design — Wave Profile Technology
The VECTOR 60 features an innovative aerodynamic surface design with a unique wave-shaped rim profile.

During high-speed riding, the optimized surface structure helps manage airflow around the rim, reducing turbulence and improving aerodynamic efficiency. This design enhances speed performance while providing a distinctive visual identity.

3. Advanced Carbon Layup Structure — All-Wrapping Technology (AWT)
The VECTOR 60 applies DFS All-Wrapping Technology (AWT) to the main carbon fiber structure, improving rim integrity, stiffness, and impact resistance.

By optimizing carbon fiber continuity throughout the rim structure, AWT maximizes the mechanical performance of the carbon layup, creating a more stable and reliable wheel for demanding riding conditions.

4. Strict Testing Standards — UCI-Level Impact Testing
To ensure real-world reliability, the VECTOR 60 carbon rim was tested under demanding conditions based on UCI testing standards.
