Warranty Period

STD / XL Rim Series: 3 years from the date of purchase

UXL / SUXL Rim Series: 5 years from the date of purchase

Optional Lifetime Warranty: Upgrade available for $100 per rim

Warranty Coverage

Within 30 days of receipt: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, DFS will replace the rim and cover all shipping costs.

Day 31 onward:

STD/XL: Covered for 3 years (shipping paid by customer)

UXL/SUXL: Covered for 5 years (shipping paid by customer)

If the original model is discontinued, DFS will upgrade to the latest equivalent model at no extra cost.

Replacement products must be inspected upon arrival. Any issues must be reported within 7 days. Warranty period follows the original purchase date.

Exclusions

Crash damage or accidental impact

Unauthorized modifications or improper assembly

Normal wear of finish, bearings, spokes, or QR components

Use of incompatible parts or accessories

Damage caused by negligence, intentional misuse, or natural disasters

Important

Use only brake pads designed for carbon rims

Do not exceed maximum tire pressure (120 psi)
Failure to follow these guidelines voids the warranty.

Crash Replacement  
In the event of crash damage or misuse, DFS offers a one‑time 30% discount on a replacement rim. Shipping, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility. Evidence of damage is required, but the damaged rim usually does not need to be returned.
